Trying to find low fat meals…

I eat mostly low fat, but I find it infuriating that it’s nigh impossible to find tasty low fat recipes on the Net.

 Therefore this blog!

I would point out that the best way to a low-fat meal that tastes good is a generous dose of salt for sauces.  But more on that later…this is just the first post to establish ‘blog direction’!!!
