Classic Greek salad with avocado

You’ll need

1/2 cucumber

1 small red onion

tomatoes

pitted olives (just a few)

chop the cucumber, tomatoes, onion finely.

2 avocados

Salt.

then add the rest.

add 2 tablespoons of malt vinegar and a generous amount of olive oil.

mix.

You can also add feta cheese or some red/green peppers in small quantities to this.

My favourite salad for sure!
