Low Fat Cooking

Fried egg….without the fat.

Fried eggs just have a bad rep.

My method means getting the pan nice and hot, almost smoking.  Make sure it’s a very good non stick expensive type.

1 tablespoon upwards of oil.

Spread it out.

Crack 3 or 4 eggs into the pan.

Then turn the heat to low.

Once the egg white is almost cooked, flip eggs over carefully using a flipper.  Try to flip two over and the other two will go with them.  Or cut/serperate then flip 2 at a time. 

Turn the gas off immediately.  Let to sit for 1-2 minutes for runny or 4 minutes for full cook (yuk!).
